How can I edit texts, emails and phrases?


While you can change virtually any text in LiveZilla, the configuration is located in different places within of the software.

Generally speaking, you need to differ between three kinds of of texts:


Group Related Texts

These texts can be configured individually for each Group and for each language and include texts such as:

  • Chat Welcome Message
  • Chat Invitation Text
  • Email Templates (Chat transcript/Ticket autoresponder ...)
  • ...

You can change these texts under:
User Management -> Groups -> Group -> Languages


Standard Texts

These texts can be configured for each language.

You can change these texts under:
LiveZilla Client -> Translation Editor


Code Embedded Texts

These texts can be configured for each code through the Link Generator software.

To change these texts, you will need to create a new code:
LiveZilla Client -> Link Generator
