I have searched all over for a LIVE HELP program. I am so glad I never gave up. This software should at least be $500.00. The features on this is better than the ones you pay for each month. I was convinced you would have a hidden fee somewhere. I WAS WRONG. So for what is is worth, I wanted to say THANK YOU for offering this software. Overall the software runs like a charm. The only drawback at first, is it looks hard to install. It took me about 15 minutes. The best 15 minutes I ever waited on any software.

3 years ago a created my Own Company: Real Live TV Network. 2 Months ago my Support Department started to use LiveZilla Software to give Live Online Support to our Customers. With all my experience my question is: Would LiveZilla be the Best Software on the Net? (Without asking Why is Free) LiveZilla guys, you are Awesome! 6/5 Stars for you. Better support, better intelligence, better software development than other Support Softwares. Can you believe that I paid almost 3 years for a Software that is only the 10% that LiveZilla is? We were previously using ProvideSupport and paying £10 per operator per month - with 10 operators this was costing us over £100 per month. LiveZilla provides us with more features than ProvideSupport and at no cost - It's truly an exceptional product and we hope to use it for many years to come.

I've used a few other chat engines that cost. I was amazed to find LiveZilla.net is not only free but includes GeoTracking. The engine is excellent - the installation went smooth and I'm excited to be using it. Great job LiveZilla.net.

I'm totally blown away by this application and can't believe it's free. Those I chat with say it's even better than Yahoo & MSN and much faster and clearer. I've just installed it (so easy) and have yet to have any potential clients use it; but I'll keep you posted. May I sell this program? ........ I'd make a fortune!

I have to say that LiveZilla has helped us connect with our customers in a new and unique way. The program is easy to use, and has been a catalyst in several remote computer repairs for our customers. The help forum has been very helpful. Excellant Program, easy setup and install very stable, works great on my linux server and my Win 7 PC. One of the best web tools I have seen in a long time. The contact and chat program is a must and with LiveZilla your customer support is only a click away. I love how I can always monitor who is on my site and with the ability to guide my customers in the right direction, I seldom miss a sale.

Livezilla is such a great program, what makes it great is it is free, I reply on Livezilla to keep my customers happy, if it wasn't for Livezilla I wouldn't know what to do, I have used other programs but NONE compare to livezilla, so many other people use paid chat programs, I think there wasting thier money when you have something as brillant as Livezilla! I have used livezilla previously, However only just noticed they have a rate/feedback system. I loved using this script, Easy to use, Great features. Geotracking usually bypasses proxies aswell. This is the best freeware script I have found that doesnt make you agree that you will recieve thousands upon thousands of junk email. Lovely thing.
