I was told before the new release of livezilla that,
A new feature would be added, which would do; place a chat ID number on the client side, so, if the client has a complaint, they can then give the chat ID number to management for them to lookup,
Which means, all chats would be saved on the server, and in the live chat client (Admin Side), there would be a part where you can type in the Chat ID number and the whole chat will then come up!
Has this been placed in the new release (Latest Livezilla), because I was advised by livezilla last year that this feature would be added????
