also what would the change be to remove the text "Department:" and the drop down box to the right?

hi,
well i wanted to show "Phone:" instead of "Company:" on login chat page for visitor.
i did it easily just by editing the file _language/langen.php and replaced "Company" with "Phone".
now on the operator livezilla client side all the information comes as it is when the chat has been requested from the visitor.
i want to change the same thing there also.
any clue?

Hi,

The solutions provided here works great. But is it possible to totally bypass this form and jump right to the chat window?

FYI: Custom Chat Input fields are available in LiveZilla 3.2.0.0 (BETA). No need to edit any files.
Kind Regards,

Hi,

I'm a bit confused here. What I'm trying to do is to remove Company field from the chat form. I see there are some changes to the 3.2 version. Where can I put type="hidden" to hide the company field?

Thanks

That is not necessary anymore. Please read this: http://livezilla.net/faq/en/#hide-chat-input-fields

I will close this thread as it has become unnecessary.
Kind Regards,
