Dear LiveZilla,

I have been trying create a LiveZilla Server with no success.

I filled in the appropriate fields but when I get near the end the following error appears:

I am pretty sure that I am entering the correct FTP details.

Can anyone assist me?

It seems that the print screen did not appear...

The error that shows up is:

'The entered combination of Username and Password are not correct'

Where do you get this error message exactly? When you try to login using the LiveZilla Client?

Please note that your FTP login is only used for the FTP upload of the LiveZilla Server (installation or update process).

In all other situations, you need to login with the LiveZilla administrator login your have created during the installation of the server.

Thank you for your response.

This error is appearing during the installation of the server.

I am also having this problem after an update. The server profile URI test passes and I am able to connect to the test page. The database connection does not seem to work, cannot validate database. I have checked the host, user and password is correct. The update path is also correct.
