what about drag and drop files as an option to send files, somestimes it makes it faster than the look up, just complementary :D

Sorry, it's possible to drag and drop files from the canned resources but not from windows directly.

Saw this will be a new feature:
New: Drag and drop files directly from the Windows Explorer into the chat window

is this going to work from both ways? from the operators to livezilla and also from customers to livezilla chat window way? or just operators side?

Only from operator side. There's no way to realize this through a browser without using flash or other plugins.

Any way of doing it like http://www.mediafire.com/ or gmail does?

I dont think i needed to isnall either in gmail or mediafire to use this function
