Hi all,

I have a problem because I can not type message during a chat session. When it-I click on the text box, nothing happens and I can no longer edit my message or message type.

Version of the live chat: 3.2.0.2

Since I'm not good in computer, I would not upgrade version.

What to do to fix this problem?
