Hi Derek,

As you suggested, I was trying to install 4.1.0.3. However, I couldn't pass the server test or URL test. I understand it has to be the absolute path to livezilla. When I open the server test page, it was a white blank page. I also did some google search. I saw in the past, you helped a client to fix their server problem, he had similar issue as myself. I suspect, it might be something to do with the VPS server,Can you help me?

Many thanks
James

We can surely figure it out for you.

However, we need FTP access to the affected installation. Please provide me with a login via PM and I will start my research.

Thanks.

Hi Derek,

Thank you very much for tracking down the problem for me. Now my livezilla is working now. It was the problem with the timezone error with PHP.ini.

Cheers
James
