Is there a way to make the offline button disappear when you are offline, ie, the button only shows when you are online and available? If that is possible do I need to get my web guy to add another bit of code or something? Thanks.

At this time, we offer this option for text links and floating chat buttons only. You can set it up for each button in the Link Generator.
