From our installations guideline:
Host
The Hostname or IP of your MySQL / Database Server. Please note that all connections to the database will be initiated by the LiveZilla Server Script (PHP) and not by your local LiveZilla Client. In most cases, Webserver and MySQL Server are running on the same (logical) server which means that localhost will work as hostname. If your MySQL database is installed on a remote machine you will need to enter the hostname of the remote database server.

i did some screens, but they are in german not english.
I put my Database Informations onto that admin screen.
I can not save, i can not make the Table i can only get the Dump which i already have and imported into the Database on the Server. So i have the Webserver Files on the Webserver, i have the Database and the Dump but i can not go any further with the Wizard. It won't let me save or do anything else.
I always set new stuff like this in complete manual mode, here i can't
So what to do now ?
Thanks

It fails on your screen and that's way you cannot proceed.
The correct server url will bring you to a page like this:
http://livezilla.net/livezilla/
Once you have entered and validated the correct URL, start again to create the database or create it from the dump and validate it through the wizard.

I don't know anything about the condition of your installation or your webserver so there's no guarantee that I am right.

Again ..
I did all the steps with the Wizard to install the Webserverfiles manually and also the Database. I made a new Database and imported the SQL Dump.
I manually changed the config file to fill in the Database Login data.
But where is the username an Password for the Login of the Client, the Windows Client ?
I have to stop the Wizard when i have to validate the Database. I guess after that the Login will be written somewhere.
So please tell me how to get this login for the windowsclient.
I need a possibility to totally manually set up this thing.
I did again some screens during the installation.
please donwload them here because i can not upload more.
Thanks
Patrick

I installed the code for the usertracking on our live site and got a whole lot of problems with some Popups appearing.
Are there any Problems with Modrewrite ? Can you tell me why i get those popups ?
The Site behind the Popup Windows is also not the Page which should appear. I get always the Homepage.

LiveZilla is not a website but a real time chat application so all kind of caching or rewrite modules should be turned off.
However, there's no need to run LiveZilla on the same webserver you website runs on.

There's a 14 day trial to check if you webserver allows to run a real-time chat service like LiveZilla.
