HI
I have a problem in setting up Livezilla and my web guy has no idea what I should do! I am getting the error message:
Cannot read the Livezilla database version. Please try to recreate the table structure. If you experience this message during installation process, please try to setup a prefix (for example lz_).
Any suggestions as to what I should do? Thank you.

This usually happens when you install LiveZilla into a MySQL database where other tables are already existing and name conflicts arise.
Please create a new database/Installation and use a prefix this time.

I'm having the same problem, even though LZ database is all by itself, so no conflicts. Well, it is an update, of course, but that shouldn't be a problem, right?
Or is this a fresh installation only version?
Please help. It's stuck on the Wizard page for 15 minutes already
EDIT:
You should have noted somewhere that tables need to be in InnoDB. The upgrade messed up everything and now I've wasted hours trying to bring everything back. I just want to say that you have dropped the ball on this upgrade. The instructions are not enough. This is not a free product, either, so please test test and test again before releasing other updates.
