Hi ,
I've installed LiveZilla Ver 3.1.8.6 and It worked OK before on Offline and Online section .
But it suddenly stopped working on offline messages section and I can not see any offline message in client software .
I also checked database of LiveZilla and new message also won't be received in table "live_ticket_messages" . and
my user has permission to read all messages and I've checked this in User Management Section , But still we can't receive any message in client software .
Please help us with this .

Can you please update to the latest version?
We can't provide any support for versions outdated for 3 years now.
