Reports statistics response time

What about adding an average response time of the operator to the customer

Time of response - Time the customer messaged the operator

and we can compare in between operators and their in average response time to the customers

which option is it?
is it chat duration? or which of the statistics its this one being impelented sorry? :S

This brings up a more solid statistic for the operator response overall to compare with the other ones, rather than average chat duration which can be really different in between different type of queries
