What about adding an average response time of the operator to the customer

and we can compare in between operators and their in average response time to the customers

This brings up a more solid statistic for the operator response overall to compare with the other ones, rather than average chat duration which can be really different in between different type of queries

No, we will only measure the reaction time of operators.
