Can't run 4.1.0.3 on Windows Server

We have upgraded our 4.1.0.2 Windows server version to 4.1.0.3 and we can't launch it anymore

Could not load file or assembly 'txkernel, Version=17.0.1700.500, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=6b83fe9a75cfb638' or one of its dependencies. The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1)
