In the attached printscreen the field for "Mehrfack-Auslöser is not accessible/active

I want to create a setting in which active chat invitation are only offered/displayed 1 to 2 times on the screen of the visitor (and not repeatedly while the user is surfing on our website to differnet pages unless he declines actively an invitation

That's a logical problem.

When you save the result in a cookie (please see first tab "Ereignis") you cannot fire the event multiple times so you would need to make a decision here.

You can't. A user interaction (accept/decline) is required.

Follow up question: is it possible to define a duration, how long the invitation is displayed

Unfortunately, such a setting does not exist at this time.
