Hello, I have recently updated my server from 4.0.1.2 to 4.1.0.3 after facing a lot of difficulties in the MySQL server.

Although the chat is working fine, I seem to face some issues:

1. Cannot change passwords in User Administration or delete an existing user. I had to change the password manually from MySQL database using an MD5 encoder.

2. I am trying to create some text links for my website. Whenever I click on the preview, the chat window is not showing, only a white box. If I use the Graphic button, it works fine without issues.

3. My agents are complaining that the Right click->Paste is not available anymore. Not a big deal but as most of them only have basic computer knowledge, they find it difficult to use CTRL-C every time as they are not used to it.



And a question regarding auto-invitation. How can I make sure that only one of my departments receives the chats coming from autoinvitation? There is not such an option, and I find it very time consuming every time I want to make a new autoinvitation event to click on each of my 100 agents to choose or unchoose them, change their priority etc.

1 + 2.) I am not aware of the problems so I guess that something went wrong during the update. I would recommend to restore a backup and try again. If you want me to figure out what the actual problem is, please provide me with FTP and MySQL access along with an operator account. Thanks.

3.) I will forward this to our developers but I am not sure if we will be able to bring this back. The new spellchecker features requires us to reach some compromises and as far as I remember, the context menu cannot be changed. But we will try.

Unfortunately, you can't select the target for auto invitations based on groups at this time. We plan to add several new features to the event system in the next update and this already on our list.
