When I goto the configuration of the User Management->Groups and edit the first (and only) group, I don't see any Title (visible to all users) filled in. When I don't fill this in, I get an error message "Please create at least one title for this group". So I add a title and fill it in, NL- Support, click ok and everything seems to be fine. But when I go back into the User Management, I get the same question.... to fill in at least one title, the one I filled in last time is gone!

Thank you.
Is it just the title that is being lost? Can you change other group settings?

Hi Derek,
It looks like that the Title is the only thing (just tested a few other things).

Thats strange, all group settings will be saved in the same table (in one row) so it's hard for me to name a reason this could have. Based on the given information I think this problem could indicate an incompatibility with your webservers (PHP) configuration.
I can offer to investigate in this matter if you are able to provide me with an FTP login for the affected LiveZilla installation. Thanks.

I've asked our webbuilder if he can make an FTP account for this. Is it possible that an SQL table is missing since I first installed an older version and then upgraded it to the new one?

Ok, for everyone having this problem:
It turned out that this problem is related to the PHP configuration "magic_quotes_gpc".
Once this settings is deactivated, the problem should be solved.

Please post how to disable that configuration. I am also experiencing this same error. Thanks!

I had the same problem. I changed into my shared server php 5.2 to 5.3 and the problem was solved.
