It seems that when the "Outside of opening hours" is in affect, you can still request a chat.

I cannot confirm this. Works fine for me when configured correctly for the target group.

There were no changes in this area since the 4.0.
Did you check the settings? Also the timezone setting in the server configuration?

Both server & PC are set to BST with correct time.
I gave Patrick log in details for a previous issue, if you have time, maybe you or him could check everything?

For security reasons, we delete all clients logins once an issue has been closed.
