Opening Hours not being taken into account

It seems that when the "Outside of opening hours" is in affect, you can still request a chat.

I cannot confirm this. Works fine for me when configured correctly for the target group.

Well, I haven't touched anything since I upgraded, so something is amiss

There were no changes in this area since the 4.0.

Did you check the settings? Also the timezone setting in the server configuration?

Both server & PC are set to BST with correct time.

I gave Patrick log in details for a previous issue, if you have time, maybe you or him could check everything?

For security reasons, we delete all clients logins once an issue has been closed.

I can check your configuration but you would need to send me an administrator login along with the URL of the installation via PM again. Thanks.
