Salve ho acquistato la licenza giorni fa, Real Work ricordate?
Allora ho un problema grave per la gestioen di piu siti.
effettuia,mo al procedura indicata ma alla richiesta di chat il client non da nessun segno di vita. potrei avere spiegazioni per favore.
Ho richiesto al vostra assistenza tantissime volte ma nessuno risponde perchèèèèè e pure di apgare abbiamo apgato

Abilitato multiserver
abbiamo creato un nuovo profilo :
www.ebpmi.it/assistenza/#www.sphera.org
Abbiamocreato il codice di monitoraggio e di button chat sul sito :
Tutto funziona bene risulta on-line e offline normalemnte ma alla richiesta di chat, il client loggato con www.ebpmi.it/assistenza/#www.sphera.org non riceve nessuan segnalazione epr favore è urgentee. spiegateci il perchè.
Abilitato multiserver
abbiamo creato un nuovo profilo :

Dobbiamo anceh acquistare altre licenze ma non sappiamo se portare avanti il progetto visto la poca assistenza ricevuta da aprte vostra

multi-enabled
We have created a new profile:

We created the tracking code and button on the chat site:

Please understand that the multiserver feature is complex, it targets professionals and it's functionality and configuration totally depends on the webservers domain configuration.

You can not conclude the discussion in this way. Professionals and amateurs! Weconsider ourselves professionals, ok? We purchased and should work!
Then we installed the main server on a domain, and we have enabled multi-ok? We haveadded a new site and all set to doc with a new database, right? everything is workingsends the results to be online etc. .... but the client does not receive any sound or no demand. From the outset when we enter in teh client as we enterwww.ebpmi.it/assistenza/ www.sphera.org #, etc. so even found online .... but we do not receive the chat request or demand any sound on the client.
Help us please
Maybe we make a simple mistake, or a license error but aiutateciii.
You may mail the operator that changes?

We had a number of "complaints" about the multiserver feature so far and in all cases it turned out that the FAQ entry either were not read or ignored.
Please provide me with an administrator login and your LiveZilla URL and I will check your configuration.
