Sometimes they show and sometimes they don't (in the Visitor Pane). In the Right-Click>Details>History the referrer is fine.

Is this known or just me?

So far I am not aware of this problem. I clicked through some dozen of visitors but everything looks fine for me in 4.1.0.3.

Do you have this for all of your visitors?
