Hello,
I wish to call a custom analytics script when a visitor successfully engages in a chat with an operator. This is to help us track actual "conversions" as opposed to people just visiting the chat page and then aborting.

Where (which file) should I stick this code to make this happen? I want the tracking script to be called only when the visitor has successfully started a chat.
