Hello

I have purchased and installed the livezilla on my server.

I found a problem:
why the copy chat transcript always can't be sent and can't be archived?

I'm sure that I have configure it correctly

When I test through the livezilla server admin panel, it is ok. But when in real chat with the users it is can't send and can't archived.

I'm also try the PHPMailer and also the SMTP, both of them also same.

please help to fix it
