New to Livezilla, is there a way to automatically export the daily report to a folder?

It's downloading all reports as HTML files to your local configuration folder (usually my documents / livezilla / %serverid% / reports /).
Hope this helps.

Hi, in relatiion to the topic, here are a few questions I have:
1) Other than the reports in HTML format, is there an XML file which can be exported/downloaded?
2) Can we generate a report per chat group and not just the general (combined) chat data?
3) Is there a more detailed chat data (like average waiting time, max waiting time, average chat duration, average handling time, etc.)?
Note: We have a premium account, if there's any difference.
Thank you.

1 + 2.) No, I am sorry.
Please try version 4.1.0.3. We added some of these things recently.
