Hi!
I have a problem with a part of the caht window that is not showing anymore. One of my operators doesn't see the the part of the chat window anymore where you can upload files, or send a URL to a customer, or connect the visitor to a different operator. The window is located on the right hand side of the chat window in all other operators' views. I include a screenshot.

I tried to delete the user of this specific operator but this didn't work. When I log onto the account of my colleague I can see this part of the window in my livezilla client. But it won't work in the installation of this specific operator.

Does anyone of you have an idea how to fix this issue?

You can hide and show the sidebar, the setting can be found on the menu next to the smiley button (blue and grey gearwheel) above the chat input field.
