I've tried to reinstall .Net framework up to 3.0 version, I've tried to reinstall LZ, but it still appears.

Did you check the local LiveZilla installation folder for the missing file? (txkernel.dll)

That's strange, can you try to register the DLL manually please?

This page explains (see examples) how to do that:

Yes, because the previous version did not have the spellchecker.

I am sorry but there seems to be a problem with your installation of the OS, I am not aware of any measures other than a full reinstall.

Not possible. It doesn't work on an almost fresh installation. May be there are some additional components except .Net?

No, the error states that an DLL is missing. This dll must be existing and registered. As we checked both and as this is not a known issue and not reproducible, there's nothing else I could suggest.

Btw. is this win xp 32 bit or 64 bit?

I've solved this problem. In PE.explorer i've saw, that txkernel.dll need msvcrt90.dll (or something like that), it's a VCRedist2008.

Thanks for this valuable information, I will investigate here. So far I wasn't aware of any requirements in this direction.

I had the same problem on multiple computers and decided to installing VCRedist2008 (Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package), Zagzag as reported above. Everything was working perfectly now.
Zagzag Thanks for the help!

LiveZilla requires Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime and the latest versions of LiveZilla will install it automatically.

However, sometimes the detection fails so you may have to install it manually:

This only affects Windows XP/2000.
