Hi everybody,
I hope someone can help me here. I have a problem with the chat window, when I clicked on live chat link, the chat window is opened but all name, email, company and question fields are not displayed.



When I hold the TAP button, then come the fields from below.




Can somebody please help me?

lz_chat_frame.3.2.mail.tpl
chat.tpl
style.css

are these config files for the chat windows?
