My query deals with LiveZilla v4 multi-server feature as explained at https://www.livezill...tiple-websites. This feature looks great but what it is not clear to me is whether or not we would be able to use the multi-server feature even if we pay only for "one" operator at the price of 69.90 EUR.

I understand login details would be identical for everyone regardless what website we are coming from. I would like to know if different operators - by different operators I mean more than one operators - could access LiveZilla on each one of the remote servers (= second, third, or whatever the number of additional websites). Quite honestly, if the answer is "yes" then I do not see the rationale why should I pay for a more expensive multi-operator license. Looking at things from a business perspective, my guess is that the multi-server option would be convenient in cases where non-root websites are owned and managed by the owner of the primary or root server which would not constitute a real problem if multi-website operators access LiveZilla using the same login details. This scenario would imply an element of trust among the operators as they could have access to the rest of remote websites and this is why it appears to be more suitable for small businesses or multi-divisional structures at their start-up stage.

Could you please clarify if the multi-server or multi-website feature would eventually allow us to use different operators even if we only pay for the cheapest 1-operator license?

That's correct. From the FAQ: Additional Costs: No

You have one operator per website if you buy a single license.

That's not correct. From the FAQ: Different Operator Accounts for each website: Yes

You will have different accounts and the operators are not aware of operators of the other websites.

Two questions (based on the case of using the multi-server feature with a single license):

(1) Would we be able to monitor what is going on at the remote websites by accessing the root LiveZilla Server Administrator? I am not referring to chat configuration of remote websites but to the possibility of viewing activity, chat transcripts, etc from the root panel (unique login).

(2) Could operators make changes of configuration by accessing LiveZilla at their respective website? [assuming they will not have access to the root server]

Thank you
