Hi everybody,
when I clicked on live chat link, the chat window is opened but all name, email, company and question fields are not displayed.



When I hold the TAP button, then come the fields from below.




Can somebody please help me?

lz_chat_frame.3.2.mail.tpl
chat.tpl
style.css

are these config files for the chat windows?

I think this is related to a wrong HOST setting.

Please check it under LiveZilla Server Admin -> Server Configuration -> Server -> Host.

Hope that will fix it.

Thank you. But what can I edit/change there. I am testing livezilla local in zamp "htdocs" folder.
