in the daily report there's a difference between "Chats" count and "Accepted Chats" count which sound strange since the "Declined Chats" is zero (see attached file).
How can be them different?

Hi,
in the daily report there's a difference between "Chats" count and "Accepted Chats" count which sound strange since the "Declined Chats" is zero (see attached file).

It's possible to neither accept nor decline chats (=missed chats).

So "Chats" count include the missed chats (i.e. user close the window after a long wating time)??

had another question
are the missed chats intended to be stored as a database so they can be checked like this chats were missed yesterday? just like archive?
cause everytime i restar livezilla the missed chats is clear again and cant know who are the people that were missed
