Hello,

I've found this issues with my customers:

When the clients chat for more than about an hour / an half hour the html chat start to miss some letters typed.
The problem happened on win xp with ie 8 and on win 7 firefox last version.
The issue is sure because on xp there was one of mine cooperator testing from a client and on win 7 this happen more times during the chats' sessions.

Where does this problem occour? Operator Side or Client Side? Can you provide a screenshot? Thanks.

Sorry, I don't think that screenshoot helps this time because when you push a botton on the keyboard corresponding to a letter this letter doesn't appear on the screen in the box where you type the messages; so the screen shoot will be some incomplete italian phrases. For example:

"
ma come mai quando scivo qui dento mi salta delle lettere?
mi paio dislessiaca
salta anche gli spai

"

The typed phrases are:
"
ma come mai quando scRivo qui dentRo mi salta delle lettere?
mi paio dislessiaca
salta anche gli spaZi
"

And it jump the spaces too.
This example happened after about 40 minutes of session on win 7 firefox updated.
And im sure that isn't typed wrong because one of my operator said so when was to a client and then a client said so when was chatting with me.

To be honest, this issue doesn't make much sense to me. I can't see any reason why this should happen and we cannot reproduce it on our side. The fact that it happens after 40 minutes makes it even more strange. Can you reproduce it all the time?

I'm trying to reproduce it now I've started a session since 11.24 but doesn't appear the bug. I will wait more datas about this issue.
