Hello, Many customers dont notice the right top corner options such as Ratings, icons, print, send file etc,
Could there be an option to set what should be displayed already when a customer enters the chat?
In my case the ratings would be quite useful so the clueless see it and rate without being asked

No, that's not possible but I think it would be a great addition for the next update.

are the missed chats intended to be stored as a database so they can be checked like this chats were missed yesterday? just like archive?
cause everytime i restar livezilla the missed chats is clear again and cant know who are the people that were missed
