Hello,
I have an issue with some agents who reported me that they keep receiving chats while status is set to Away. As the office is in another country I couldn't verify it myself but they said they noticed it a few days ago and they confirmed it before sending me this issue.
Is there any bug regarding that? Version is 4.0.1.2

Never heard about this before. It's possible that they are mixing away and busy?
