Hello guys,
i have this issue with one of my departments supervisor. Until recently he told me he was able to forward a chat of someone else to another agent. Now this option is grayed out. Version using is 4.0.1.2.
The user permissions didn;t change

Thanks for reporting this. I tried to reproduce the situation and I found some differences, depending on from where you open the context menu.
From the Chats menu (bottom panel), I can only forward chats when I am the host of the chat room.
From the Chat Partners button (above the chat window), I can forward all the time.
So this seems to be a bug with the context menu.
Please ask your supervisor to use the context menu from the chat partners button until this has been resolved.
