1. We'd like to buy the Premium Bundle D - are these bundles included in the one time payment, so they're lifetime?
2. We wonder about the most suitable way to use Filezilla in our onlineshops (there are 4 till now). We'd like to support all shop customers by the same operators, which should be able to notice the customer's visited shop when starting chat. The livechats themselves should be included on the webpages with customized shoplogos.
Is it possible to use different operator/administrator accounts in Multiserver or is it a must?
Is it possible to use multiple chat instances on Multiserver or it is a must?
Could we get out one statistic which is separated into the different websites?
Standard/Multiserver and prices

This FAQ entry will show the possibilities
That is the question. Imaging we'll decide to use Multiserver Mode because we need statistics separately for each webshop. Could we use the same operators on all websites, so that one op could get requests in one client, or would we be forced to set up new accounts for each site?
Thanks

If you need to have different reports, you will need to create different operator accounts for each website using the multiserver feature.
However, your operators can login to both websites concurrently.
