Hi,

Is there an easier way to add "Country" dropdown field where there won't be a need to enumerate all under "Value" column of Server Configuration > Web Client > Chat Login/Offline Message Inputs like in the sample format below?

Example:
"NA;Windows 2000;Windows XP;Windows 7;Windows Vista;Linux"

There are a lot of countries to list down.

Thanks.

No, I am sorry, there's currently no in-build feature to realize that.

Okay..
How about a "Country" value that's automatically grabbed by Livezilla. Perhaps we can get it through source codes? Is there something like that?

LiveZilla detects the country for each visitor based on the browser settings or (even better) through GeoTracking automatically. You could grab the ISO-twoletter value from the visitors MySQL table.
