When you try to accept a file that is prompted to be accepted or decline and you are as an administrator in invisible mode, you cant accept it
it prompts this:
this request isnt valid anymore and/ or has already been accepted / rejected
even the operator hasn't done so

When you are invisible, no one should notice you so this is by design.
