Hello,

On the first page of the chat I would like to ask for Name, Question, eMail adress and add a Tick Box with the "terms and conditions" so I can use the eMail adress for marketing pruposes (Newsletter, etc...).

Can you please let me know how I can add this tick box which would show a message if not ticked so the visitor has to to tick and agree to the Terms and Conditions before starting the chat ?

Many Thanks

Scott

I have a tick box on the entry page, is there a way to make sure the visitor ticks the box in order to start the chat ?

As the tick box is a standard feature in Livezilla I guess there is a way to make sure it is ticked ?

Thank you

Thank you Derek, I understand how this would work for a password entered in a box but how would this work for a tick box ? Would you have an example of what the PHP code should be for either ticked (true) or not ticked (false) ?

Yes, that works as well.

The value to check for will be 1 or 0.

Another question on validation, I would like to validate email adresses using those standard rules : http://tools.ietf.or...2#section-3.4.1

Is it possible validate the email adress entered according to those rules ?

Many Thanks
