Could there be a new feature to do a super cookie,

Ive got this problem, we sell virtual products which are targeted by loads of scammers that use vpn, proxies, colocations etc to order with fake ccs, sometimes is easy to spot them, sometimes they dont clear the cookies etc

what i was thinking is if there could be a development as a feature that can be enabled for a Super Cookie

one that they wont notice or wouldbe really ahrd to delete so if they try to hide themselves we would notice ?

Can't you use BlockScript, that blocks proxies etc, even countries & IP's.. It costs but worth it, we use it.
