Our call center is planning to buy LZ premium d bundle. But we have a few questions about it:
1. How many server installations we can to do? Only one server?
2. Do you have any help in pdf/chm/etc?

1.) Just one.

However, we recently introcuded the LiveZilla Multiserver which allows you to handle multiple websites from one installation:

LiveZilla (4.1 or greater) comes with a new Multiserver feature. This feature allows you to use all LiveZilla functions (Live Chats, Visitor Monitoring, Offline Messages, Statistics) on different websites without having to set up different LiveZilla Server installations, even when the websites are operated by different companies. Each website requires its own database (=set of MySQL tables) which ensures that no data gets mixed up and allows you to have different configurations for each of the websites (Users, Settings, Chat Buttons ...).

2.) What kind of information do you need? There's no general PDF, we try to design our productto be used intuitively, the few questions that arise are handled here:
http://www.livezilla.net/faq/en/

Our installation guideline can be found here:

Hope this helps.

If you like to have a fall-back system, you can set it up and once you need it, you enter the serial number you have. You can setup as many servers as you like, you just can't use them online concurrently.

Ok, thx. Is there any way to insert answer templates? Like "one moment please" or more complicated?

Sure, that's available. You can even use shortcuts like strg+o for "one moment please".

If we have a valid VAT-id, could you make an invoice with 0% VAT?
Also, do you accept the wire transfer?

Yes, if you have a valid european tax id, we will remove the VAT from your invoice. You can set up the ID in the customers section of our website.

And yes, we offer payments via paypal or wire transfer.

Sorry, this may be a little out of place but I have a question:

Will the upgrade to 4.1 be free for 4.0 licenses?

Thank you and I apologize for the many questions.

I've entered our tax id, but cost didn't change. Our customer number is 364637.

You need to add the TAXID before you add something to your basket.

Just place a new order now and there won't be any VAT.
