I have been using dynamic pass data from my site to LiveZilla, and I speak as a Data User searched by key word (which was promised by you to be natively implemented in the system) and also the name of the product the visitor is seeing at the moment on my website. So I would like to send an invitation to the user using the data sent by the site.

Example: Hello, if you need more information on "product name" enter your name below and enter the chat with the consultant

I've tried something like %CUSTOM5% however no effect of variable appears as written

Convite para visitante usando dados dinamicos junto ao texto. (Like %CUSTOM5%)

Venho utilizando a passagem de dados dinamicos do meu site para o LiveZilla, e falo de dados como palavra chave pesquisada pelo usuario (coisa que foi prometido por vocês ser implementado nativamente no sistema) e também o nome do produto que o visitante está vendo naquele momento no meu site. Sendo assim gostaria de mandar um convite para o usuário usando os dados enviados pelo site.

Ex.: Ola, se precisar de mais informações sobre "nome do produto" digite seu nome abaixo e entre no chat com o consultor

Já tentei algo como %CUSTOM5% porem sem efeito de variavel, aparece tal como escrito

At this time, the only variable you could use for chat invitations is %page_title%, not sure if that works on your website.
