Love the software, one question though, is it possible to add the visitor info and geotags to the website, rather than when people only click on Live chat?

Sorry it may have sounded vague, but I only get notified when someone clicks the Chat button. I'd like to it notify me when visitors are IN and amongst my web pages

I tried but I noticed my code keeps changing as I'm using a Magento website. The URL is http://littlepeople.net.au.

You need to change that. If you don't know how to add HTML with Javascript to your website's source code, please get in touch with the company behind. I am not familiar with magento so I am not able to explain how to do it.
