Hi,

Whilst I'm very aware of the new charging model you guys have chosen to adopt, there were also at the time many promises of maintaining V3 as Livezilla "Classic" (such as here) and in particular active security updates where needed.

I've just noticed you have now removed the download link and any mention of this.

What happened? Is this still the case? Why the "ninja" removal of v3 classic? Is it another u-turn? If so, it's not instilling confidence in you as a business should be decide to adopt and pay for v4.

No, not a U-Turn, just some changes. All existing premium users of version 3.x will find the download link in their customers section.

New users will have to go for 4.x.

Hi
I am an existing user, I have premium options and i don't have any download links in my customer section for version 3.3.2.3, how do i get a download for both the client and server for LiveZilla Classic 3.3.2.3?
Thanks

Actually, existing means users that bought the premium options at a time before version 4.x was released.

I have added the 3.x downloads to you account, please try again. Thanks.
