I want to enable autoinvitation for my website. From the configuration screen I see that I have to set which agents should send the invitation.
In my case I want the invitations to go into specific department's queue and then randomly distributed to all agents in that department. How can I do that?
I don't want a single agent to send all the invitations and then get all the potential customers.

Why not selecting all operators? That would exactly do what you are looking for.
