Hi, my reports seem to have stopped generating each night.

They were enabled on Dec 16th (my stats directory listing is below), everything looked fine as far as I could tell until I just looked, they had stopped more than a week ago. With the last one on the 19th. Do the Jan monthly and 2012 yearly accumulate through out hte year, or will they only be generated in February and 2013 respectively?

Also when I click onto the Reports tab, it endlessly says "Loading" and does not show anything beyond Dec-31-11.

I have looked at the FAQ. I have:

PHP memory_limit=196M
PHP max_execution_time=300
FastCGI-ActivityTimeout=600
FastCGI-RequestTimeout=600

There are no errors in my PHP log.

Using 3.3.2.2.

Unfortunately, we will need access to the affected LiveZilla installation (via FTP, MySQL and LiveZilla Client) to reproduce the problem a find a solution for you. Please provide us with the logins (via PM) and we will start our investigation ASAP.

While I would love to do that, as a company dealing with individuals and their personal medical information, I can't poke a hole in the server and let you in, our privacy policy won't allow that. I am happy to upload test files and return the results to you, whatever it takes, but giving you access is not an option. I recognize that it complicates and slows things down, but it shouldn't mean an end to resolving this.
