Ready to purchase, but extremely long load time for client to pull up

We also noticed that the UI keeps logging our agent off even though connection to the server was supposedly never interrupted. I tested this with a continuous ping test. I also changed the response time in the UI to ensure it's checking every second instead of 5.
During chat we also noticed that the chat itself has great delays between client and chat window. I have the chat server running on a HTTPS domain on the same box as my main site, but on a different IP.
Can one of your support staff help? If necessary, this topic can be moved to another area...
We like the software and are ready to purchase, but need to get these bugs out first...

I noticed that on the default "start" page I get this message: php magicquotes
This PHP feature has been DEPRECATED and is not supported by LiveZilla anymore. Relying on this feature is highly discouraged. Please
deactivateit on system level.
I checked our config in cPanel and I noticed that anything related to magic quotes is set to "off" so I'm not sure where it's getting this from.
THoughts?

Unfortunately, we can't tell which certain setting this may cause. The only thing we can offer is to debug it for you in case you are willed to provide us with access to the affected installation (MySQL, FTP, LiveZilla Administrator). Thanks for your understanding.

I actually don't have a problem with this. Once we have you guys take a look at it I can reset the passwords. Let me know who I can get this information to you securely.
