Hi,

Does livezilla has a capability where it can deactivate/suspend or blocked a certain chat code it generated for a specific site? The purpose of this is to blocked chat request from a specific website where the chat code was integrated (temporarily).

Example: chat request from website www.abc.com will be blocked for the meantime while other chat code not from www.abc.com can request a chat.

Or if ever, is it possible to make a chat button from a certain website go OFFLINE for the meantime and then put it back ONLINE whenever it's good to go again?

Yes, that's possible for dynamic websites. Just check the referrer and depending on the result, add the chat button to your website's source code or not. If you save the result in a cookie, you can make it work for all of your sites.

Is there a way we can do that using the Server Admin or the Client Module? The chat code is already integrated to the website, what we want to do is to make it offline for the meantime until we want to make it Online again (for the specific website)? Thank you.

The scenario:

We have one website which already have a code integrated on it, what we want to happen is deactivate/offline the chat button for that website (for the meantime) so that visitors on that website can't can't click it or can't make a chat request while leaving the other websites with chat code activated/online. If its possible, can we do that using only the Server Admin or Client Module? Can we activate/online it again once we decided to change it back?
