Hi,

Well I never had to post here before, but after the upgrade and In the past few I have had to post several times. Sorry!


After upgrading to version 4.x, ALL my canned files are gone.

If you look in the uploads folder via FTP, I see files with unique names. I am assuming it's them, but the directory tree in the software is empty.

I can repopulate the list manually, but that would be a lot of work. Is there any way to get back?

Perhaps some reference in the SQL table was lost? I did change to force SSL mode only, could that be the problem?

Unfortunately, I am not aware of this problem. Which version did you have before the upgrade? Any error messages during update? Are you sure that your MySQL user has all permissions needed? (http://www.livezilla...tabase-settings)

You can apply a backup (MySQL and files) at any time and step back to the point before you upgraded. Could be worth a shot.

When I upgraded from 3.1.8.6 to 4.0 the same thing happened. I noticed that my old SQL table was called res. Renaming it to resources fixed the issue.
