hi all i want to explain my issue and please help me

i have 3.3.2.2 version of livezilla
i get some issue before many days without any change

1- 90% of new visitor not showing in system some time show me 2 or 1 visitor but in site meter i have it show me more than visitor
2- i see the visitor leave after many second but in site meter still the visitor
3- when the visitor press to live chat its showing up
4- the system show the visitor in home page only

i have make unstall and reinstall but the same issue
did there any option to restore all sitting default or any solution for all issue
