Hello,

I am a heavy user of events to automatically trigger the chat invitation and it would be very helpful if the next release could allow the agent to define more specific rules within the events such as :

- Only trigger to returning visitors (ex : more than X visits but/and/or less than Y visits).
- Only tigger to visitors which specific devices/browser (ex : I don't want to invite visitors from iPhone/Android devices as they rarely accept to chat).
- Only trigger to visitors from specific regions/cities (ex : if I am doing a local campaign I only want to reach specifc visitors from this area).
- Only trigger if the visitors have visited the X, Y, Z,.... pages during his current/previous sessions.

From whai I see, all this data is already available in the tool (ex : Livezilla provides the Geo Tracking, device tracking, page visited...) and it would require to create rules/events based on this data which would be very helpful and powerful !

They did not made it into 4.1 but they are scheduled for 4.2.

I will suggest this feature again but there are not many requests for this one so I think it will be delayed once again. I know it's important for you but we strictly order new features by the amount of request we receive from different users and under this aspect, this one has a rather low priority at this time.
